How This Journey Began
I research ADHD as much as possible. 2015 is the start of this research journey. Learning strategies, tips, hacks, and nutritional information about ADHD is the goal. Personal experiences play a part in the journey with ADHD. I struggle with learning growing up. I am thinking to myself at the time that college may not be in my future. College is not easy, but it's full of new experiences. Struggling is not fun throughout each year can be frustrating. You find new ways to achieve success as you go through the process. Pursuing my Bachelor's degree at the time came with ups and downs. My GPA is not looking good at the time. Academic probation can be the result if I don't pull it up. However, then there was a turnaround and the completion of my degree! That was such a good feeling! It is essential to find different ways to study for tests, be on time for classes, and write papers was a challenge. Finding outside-the-box solutions is a great benefit and something you learn. The belief is that there are always creative ways to find success. Living with and getting along with a roommate in a dorm is different. College dorm life for four years comes with many challenges. Living in the dorms is a fun experience as well. It is amazing that in my future, three more degrees are part of my goals where success is the final result! I have two Masters degrees and an associate's in audio engineering. It makes for a very diverse education because the Master's degrees are in different fields (Business Administration and Information Technology). College is challenging, but you feel great when you complete your degree.
Learning more about ADHD is a daily thing, which can be eye-opening. Now there is so much more information to find. I share what I know and learn about ADHD, organization, decluttering, and daily life tips in YouTube videos. It is continuous brainstorming to figure out creative solutions. It's all worth it when I do uncover them. Researching ADHD is the thing that helps me share the best information on YouTube. I have a passion for helping the ADHD community. I will do my best to find a solution and help someone reach their goals. That is why I do the videos for YouTube. The goal is to be a resource for people with ADHD. They can watch the videos and hopefully find a creative solution. That is what I am passionate about!
ADHD Life Now's mission is to help as many people with ADHD with organization and decluttering strategies.
